AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No.X3_35 and hhR_�3u determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal.Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The East 165 feet of the West 660 feet of
that portion of Lot 2 in Block "K" of the
Kraemer Tract, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in book 12,
pages 87 and 88, Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of
said lot, 28 chains Southerly from the North-
easterly corner of said lot, thence Southerly
along the Easterly line 12.03 chains to the
Southeasterly corner of said lot; thence
Westerly along the Southerly line of said lot,
20 chains to the Southwesterly corner of said
lot; thence Northerly along the Westerly line
of said lot, 12.0.3 chains to the Southwesterly
corner of tract of land described in deed from
Mattie Goetz and husband to Emma Shaffer,
recorded December 6, 1917, in book 316, page
202, Deeds; thence Easterly along the Southerly
line of said tract, 20 chains to the point of
beginning;

EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 264 feet
thereof;
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 195 feet
thereof;
ALSO EXEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 70.98
feet of the Southerly 529.98 feet thereof.
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that
it be changed to and incorporated in "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL
ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant
work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer
and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the office of the City Engineer, at the time the
property is developed.
2. That the owner of subject property shall install
street lighting as required by the Utilities Director except
when the Utilities Director shall permit the payment of street
lighting fees in the amount of $2.00 per front foot.
3. That all plans for development of the property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control
Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both
structurally and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
