AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 73R-425 determining that a change or
change the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
A14AHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of
Tract No. 1843 as per map thereof recorded in
Book 53, Page 46 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California; thence North 89°
51' 35" Last along the South line of said Tract
1843, 6.57 feet; thence South 00 091 55" West,
parallel to the East line of said Northwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter, 235.20 feet
to the center line of Anaheim -Olive Road as
shown on said map; thence North 78° 52' 26" West
along said center line 6.57 feet to the inter-
section of said center line with the Southerly
prolongation of the East line of said Lot 1;
thence North 01 07' 35" East along said East
line of Lot 1 and its Southerly prolongation,
233.92 feet to the point of beginning.
now is "RS -7200" RESIDENTI2AL, SINGLE-FAMILY ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "CO" COMMERCIAL, OFFICE AND PROFES-
SIONAL ZONE subject to the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of
Public Works.

2. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent properties.
3. That the existing structure shall be brought up to the
minimum standards of the City of Anaheim including the Uniform
Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Housing, Mechanical and Fire Codes
as adopted by the City of Anaheim.
4. That the final parking plan shall be approved by the
Development Services Department, and any landscaped areas in the
parking area shall be protected with six-inch high concrete curbs,
and concrete wheel stops shall be provided for parking spaces as
required.
5. That the sidewalks shall be repaired along Lincoln Avenue
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
6. That the existing garage shall be removed as stipulated
to by the petitioner.
7. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, above mentioned,
shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspec-
tions.,

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it'shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
