3544ORDINANCE NO. 3544 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 63R-713, 64R-881 and 64R-599 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. Now, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: In the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, being a subdivision of a portion of Lots 12 and 13, Block 9 of Golden State Tract as per map recorded in Book 4, Page 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Tract 5231, re- corded in Book 252, Pages 29 and 30, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; thence South 73° 43' 85" West 466.03 feet to a point; thence North 62° 09' 43" West 208.20 feet to a point; thence North 600 57' 21" West 255.00 feet to a point; thence North 610 52' 56" West 123.95 feet to a point; thence North 64° 15' 24" West 207.49 feet to a point; thence North 670 32' 16" West 124.99 feet to a point; thence North 73° 43' 35" East 1216.32 feet to a point, said point being the northwest corner of said Tract No. 5231; thence South 160 14' 58" East 195.03 feet to a point on the westerly boundary of said Tract No. 5231; thence North 730 43' 35" East 14.00 feet to a point on the westerly boundary of said Tract No. 5231; thence South 160 14' 58" East 240.00 feet to a point on the westerly boundary of said Tract 5231; thence South 73° 43' 35" -1- 63-64-5(2) ATT Y-28 West 95.00 feet to a point on the westerly boundary of Tract No. 5231; thence South 16° 14' 58" East 195.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning. now is "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated in "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per apartment unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the building permit is issued; provided, however, that in the event said sum shall not have been paid by May 1, 1969, there shall be due and payable at the time the building permit is issued the sum of $75.00 per apartment unit. 2. That trash storage areas shall with approved plans on file in the Office lic Works and Superintendent of Streets, inspection. SECTION 2. be provided in accordance of the Director of Pub - prior to final building The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to -be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
