AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 6873 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
A14AHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1:
That portion of Lot 3 of Orange Grove Acres, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 6, page 42, Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3, said
point being in the center line of La Palma Avenue
(40.00 feet wide); thence South 3° 45' 29" East along
the Westerly line of said Lot 3 a distance of 764.48
feet to a point that is North 30 45' 29" West 479.15
feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 3, said
point also being the Northwest corner of the land des-
cribed in deed to Frederick P. Morley and others,
recorded April 28, 1959, in book 4687, page 372, Offi-
cial Records, in the office of the County Recorder of
said Orange County; thence North 730 49' 30" East
along the Northerly line of said land to Morley, 203.56
feet to a point in the Easterly line of the Westerly
2/3rds of said Lot 3, said point being the Northeast
corner of said Morley land; thence North 3° 45' 29"
West along said Easterly line of the Westerly 2/3rds
of Lot 3 a distance of 764.81 feet to a point in said

center line of La Palma Avenue, said center line being
the North line of said Lot 3; thence South 730 44' 00"
West 203.56 feet to the point of beginning.
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it
be changed to and incorporated in "111," LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That the owners of subject property deed to the City of
Anaheim a strip of land 53 feet in width from the centerline of the
street along La Palma Avenue for street widening purposes.
2. (a) That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and
paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stan-
dard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer; and (b) that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim be posted with the City to guarantee the
installation of said engineering requirements at the time subject
property is developed but, in any event, within a period of two
(2) years from date hereof, or such further time as the City Coun-
cil may grant.
3. That the owners of subject property pay to the City of
Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting pur-
poses.
4. That the owners of subject property deed to the City of
Anaheim easements for public utility purposes along the exterior
boundaries of said property as determined and required by the
Utilities Director of the City of Anaheim.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
