AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 75R-585 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL TWO: That portion of the land allotted to
Prudencio Yorba and to M.J.Y. de Scully according to
a map attached to and made a part of the Decree of
Partition of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana in County
of Orange, State of California rendered in Case No.
1978 of the 17th Judicial District Court of Califor-
nia, a certified copy of which is recorded in Book
28 page 158 of deeds in the Office of the County Re-
corder of Los Angeles County, located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of the land
shown as the land of Ray and Claudia Costillo contain-
ing 0.993 acres of land said Northwest corner also
being Station 8 of the Prudencio Yorba Allottment, all
as shown on a Map of Survey recorded in Book 9 page 50
of Record of Survey records of Orange County, Califor-
nia; thence North 860 24' 35" East 389.40 feet to the
point of beginning of description contained in deed
recorded in Book 9572 page 587 records of Orange County,
California; thence South 570 10' 07" West 67.25 feet;
thence South 8° 31' 09" West 91.91 feet; thence South
80 31' 09" West 11.50 feet; thence South 300 21' 25"

East 72.48 feet to the Northeasterly corner of the land
described in the deed recorded in Book 6566 pages 835,
836 records of Orange County, California; thence South
300 21' 25" East 417 feet plus or minus to an intersec-
tion with the northerly right of way line of Orangethorpe
Avenue; thence North 84° 12' 49" West 230 feet plus or
minus along the Northerly right of way line of Orange-
thorpe Avenue to an intersection with the Easterly line
of that certain parcel of land designated as J. Coleman
Travis, as shown on a Map of Survey recorded in Book 9
page 50 of Record of Surveys records of Orange County,
California; thence north 50 00' 25" East 525.86 feet to
the Northeast corner of said J. Coleman Travis parcel;
thence North 790 53' 40" West 235.60 feet; thence North
4° 59' 35" East 46.42 feet, to the point of beginning.
now is County of Orange Al, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT and that
it be changed and incorporated into "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/
AGRICULTURAL ZONE unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Riap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded frog.

a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning reap to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
