AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 75R-588 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
A14AHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of land lying within the County of
Orange, State of California, consisting of those
portions of Lot 24 in Block K of the Kraemer
Tract, as per map recorded in Book 12, page 87,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, and of Block 25 of the Golden State
Tract, as per map recorded in Book 4, page 66,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County
described as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of the La
Palma -Rio Vista Annexation to the City of Anaheim,
California, identical with the southerly terminus
of a line described as "N 150 10" W, 178.89 feet"
in a deed to the State of California, recorded
June 4, 1963 in Book 6573, page 167, Official
Records; thence along said annexation line and
along said deed line the following courses and
distances: N 150 57' 10" W, 178.89 feet; thence
N 640 09' 15" W, 14.14 feet; thence S 740 32' 28"
W, 46.49 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave northerly and having a radius of 471.99
feet; thence along said curve through a central
angle of 400 18' 01" an arc length of 331.98 feet;
thence N 650 09' 31" W tangent to last-mentioned
curve 89.65 feet; thence N 70 19' 33" W, 70.88

feet to a point 25 feet northerly of, as measured
at right angles, to the centerline of Frontera
Street, as shown on State Division of Highways
Monumentation Map No. MF -1837-2 on file at the
Office of the County Surveyor of said Orange County
of Map No. 8874; thence leaving the aforesaid
annexation line and deed line S 65° 09' 31" E
parallel with said centerline of Frontera Street
120.76 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave northerly and having a radius of 375.00
feet, said curve being concentric with said center-
line of Frontera Street; thence along said curve
through a central angle of 441 Oil 00" an arc
length of 287.98 feet; thence N 700 50' 29" E
tangent to last-mentioned curve and parallel with
said centerline of Frontera Street 76.44 feet;
thence S 301 13' 21" E along the northeasterly line
and its northwesterly prolongation of land
described in deed recorded April 1, 1968 in Book
8563, page 67, Official Records, a distance of
258.78 feet to a corner of last-mentioned deed,
said corner being on a curve the center of which
bears S 27° 17' 01" E, 12,325.70 feet; thence
Southwesterly along said curve and along the
southeasterly line of last-mentioned deed through
a central angle of 00 22' 28" an arc length of
80.55 feet to the point of beginning.
now is COUNTY OF ORANGE Al. GENERAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT,
and that it be changed to and incorporated in CITY OF
ANAHEIM, "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE
unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
