AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHFIP4 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUIIICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 75R-586 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That parcel of land located in the County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit line
of the City of Anaheim as established by the Mohler
Drive No. 2 Annexation to said City, said point of
beginning being in the northerly terminus of the
line described in said annexation as N V 30' 33" E,
361.67 feet; thence following along a portion of
said Mohler Drive No. 2 Annexation boundary, the
following courses and distances: S 61 30' 33" W,
361.67 feet; thence N 820 09' 14" W, 449.10 feet;
thence leaving said annexation boundary N 60 55' 10"
E, 209.35 feet; thence S 770 45' 30" E, 224.30 feet;
thence N 580 28' 00" E, 133.32 feet; thence N 40 09'
00" E, 20.00 feet; thence N 690 10' 30" E, 135.24
feet to the point of beginning.
now is County of Orange 100-E4-20,000, SMALL ESTATES DISTRICT
and that it be changed to and incorporated in City of Anaheim
"RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL (SC) ZONE unconditionally.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of February , 1976.
