AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI1 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the Cit Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 62R-335 and 66R-634 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planninq Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:

tract of land:
Commencing at a point on the East line of Lot lis
in i3lock n of the kraemer Tract, as per map thereof
recorded in book 12, pages 67 and 60- of Miscellan-
eous rtecords of Los Angeles County, at a point 20.50
chains from the Southeast corner of said lot; thence
4ortherly on the vast line of said Lot 20.50 chains
to the Northeast corner of said lot; thence Westerly
along the North line of said lot, 12.305 chains to
the Northeast corner of said tract of land conveyed
to R. H. Skiles and A. A. Patton, recorded in book
267, page 226, of Deeds, records of Orange County;
thence Southerly 19.88 chains to the Southeast cor-
ner of said tract; thence Easterly to the point of
beginning, estimated to contain 20.35 acres; the
Westerly line of said 15 acre tract being parallel
with the Westerly line of said 20.35 acre tract.

1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and
paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be
complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of
the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed.

lighting as required by the Utilities Director except when the
Utilities Director shall permit the payment of street lighting
fees in the amount of $2.00 per front foot.

The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fif-
teen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a news-
paper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage,
it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
