3406ORDINANCE 1,10. 3406 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI1,1 --- 1 CPEALING SECTION 18.06.060 AND AT1ENDING THE ANAHEIM T'TUivIICIPAL CODE BY ADDING A NTEW SECTION 18.06.060 RELATING TO ZONING. FOLLOWS: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS SECTION 1. That Section 18.06.060 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, repealed. SECTIOTH 2. That Title 18, Chapter 18.06 be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto Section 18.06.060 reading; as follows: 1113.06.060 TrINIT1U`T NUMBER AND TYPE OF PARKING SPACES The minimum number of parking spaces per- mitted for any land use shall not be less than the following numbers given for the subject use(s) provided, however, that any non-residential facility which requires parking space for 250 or more vehicles shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Council prior to issuance of a Grading Permit or Building Permlit, which- ever is required for the construction of such facility. Further, provided that where a combination of uses is proposed, the minimum number of spaces nrovided shall be not less than the sum total of the re- quirements for each individual type of use to be established, except as may otherwise be approved by the City Council." SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fif- teen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a news- paper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
