AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 1068 --Series X63-64 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The Northerly 57.25 feet of that portion of Vineyard
Lot G-6, as per Map recorded in Book 4, pages 629
and 630 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 144.75 feet Westerly, measured
at right angles, from the monumental centerline of
South Palm Street and 38.25 feet Northerly, measured
at right angles, from the monumental centerline of
West Water Street; thence Northerly parallel with
said centerline of South Palm Street, 513.25 feet to
the Northerly line of the land conveyed to John
Griesell et al., recorded May 7, 1946, in Book 1401,
page 449 of Official Records, in the office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County; thence East-
erly along said Northerly line 110 feet to a point
34.75 feet Westerly, at right angles, from the monu-
mental centerline of South Palm Street; thence
Southerly along a line parallel to said monumental
centerline of South Palm Street, 513.25 feet, more or
less, to a point in a line 38.25 feet Northerly,
measured at right angles from the monumental center-
line of West Water Street, which line is the Norther-
ly line of West Water Street, as fixed by that certain
Deed recorded January 8, 1927 in Book 10, page 81 of

Official Records; thence Westerly along said Northerly
line of West Water Street, 110 feet to the point of
beginning.
- now is "RS -7200" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FA14ILY ZONE, and that
it be changed to and incorporated in "CO" COMMERCIAL, OFFICE
AND PROFESSIONAL ZONE, subject to the following condition:
That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the
Office of the Director of Public Works and
Superintendent of Streets, prior to final
building inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of January , 1975.

held on the 7th day of January, 1975, and that the same was passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
14th day of January, 1975, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Pebley and Thom
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 3391 on the 14th
day of January, 1975.
