63-0392A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 330.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive an application from LARRAMORE BUILDERS,
INC., 831 South Manchester Avenue, Anaheim, California, for
a Conditional Use Permit granting a waiver of the one -story
height limitation restriction and permitting the construction
of a two story, planned unit, multiple family residential
development on the following described property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to -wit:
PARCEL I.
RESOLUTION NO. 63R -392
Lots 17 and 18 of the P. A. Stanton Tract, as shown
on a map recorded in book 5, pages 23 and 24 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
Except the Easterly 210.00 feet of said Lot 18.
Also except that portion of said Lot 17 included
within the following described lines:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Section
19, Township South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a map recorded in book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, South 0 38 4o" East )141.50
feet from the Northwest corner of said Section;
thence North 89 141 54" East 572.84 feet to the
West line of Lot 14 in said P. A. Stanton Tract;
thence South 0 38 40" East 345.00 feet along the
West line of Lots 14 and 15 in said P. A. Stanton
Tract; thence South 89 14' 54" West 572.84 feet to
the West line of said Section; thence North 0 38 40"
West 3145.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Also excepting therefrom that portion described as
follows:
Commencing at a point on the Westerly line of Section
19, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a map recorded in book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, South 0 38 40" East 786.50
feet from the Northwest corner of said Section 19;
thence North 89 14 54" East 30.00 feet to a point
on the Westerly line of said Lot 17, said point being
the true point of beginning; thence continuing North
8 141 54" East 150.00 feet; thence South 0 0 3 8 1 4
East parallel with the Westerly lines of said Lots
17 and 18, a distance of 345.82 feet; thence South
89° 14 54" West 150.00 feet to said Westerly line
of Lot 18; thence North 0 38 0" West along said
Westerly lines of Lots 17 and 16 a distance of
345. feet to the true point of beginning.

PARCEL 2.
The East 210.00 feet of Lot 18 of the P. A. Stanton
Tract, as shown on a map recorded in book 5, pages
23 and 24 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
Except that portion thereof described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 18;
thence North 0 Olt 45 East 160.91 feet along the
East line of said Lot 18; thence South 89 �5t 10"
West 72.90 feet; thence South 0 31t 10" East 160.34
feet to the South line of said Lot 18; thence North
89 54 45" East 71.36 feet to the point of beginning.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said
application on December 10, 1962, notices of which said public
hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions
of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investi-
gation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after
due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said
hearing did adopt its Resolution No. 565, Series 1962 -63, grant-
ing Conditional Use Permit No. 330, upon the condition therein
set forth; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty -two days from the
date of the adoption of said resolution, the City Council did
elect, upon its own motion, to review the action of the City
Planning Commission in granting said Conditional Use Permit and
did thereupon fix the 22nd day of January, 1963, as the time
and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim
as the place for a public hearing upon said Conditional Use
Permit, and notices of such public hearing were duly given as
required by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76
of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports and did continue said
hearing to a later date; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after careful
consideration of the recommendations of the City Planning Comm-
ission and all evidence and reports offered at said hearings,
that Conditional Use Permit No. 330 should be denied, without
prejudice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commis-
sion granting Conditional Use Permit No. 330 be, and the same is
hereby disapproved, and that the request of LARRAMORE BUILDERS,
INC. for a Conditional Use Permit granting a waiver of the one
story height limitation restriction and permitting the construct-
ion of a two- story, planned unit, multiple- family residential
development on the property hereinabove described be, and the
same is hereby, denied without prejudice.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
