RESOLUTION NO. 4280
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. 11.
WHEREAS, on or about the 17th day of October, 1957, the
City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a
request for a Special Use Permit from Hubert Kleinendorst, 2506 West
First Street, Santa Ana, California, designated as Special Use Permit
No. 11, requesting permission to establish and operate a Mobile Park
on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, desoribed as follows:
That portion of the East half of the Southeast quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 26, TownshiP 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map reoorded in Book 51, Page 10 of
Misoellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast oorner of the West 300.00 feet
of said East half said Southeast corner being North
880 411 5111 West 360.19 feet fr om the Southeast corner of
said East half; thenoe North 880 41' 5111 West 300.07 feet
to the Southwest corner of said East half; thence North
00 all 4711 East 661. 38 feet along the west line of said
East half; thence South 880 441 01" East 20.00 feet; ,thence
North 00 Oll 4711 East 10.00 feet; thence South 880 Ll41 0111
East 280.07 feet to the east line of said West 300.00 feet;
thence South 00 011 4711 West 671. 62 feet to the point of
beginning.
EXCEPT the East 98.00 feet of the South 160.00 feet thereof.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said
request on November 18, 1957, notices of which said public hearing
were duly given as required by law and the prOVisions of Seotion
9200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission, after due in-
spection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at
said hearing, did adopt Resolution No. 120 -- Series 1957-58, grant-
ing said Special Use Permit No. 11 upon the conditions therein set
forth; and

WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty (20) days from the date
of the adoption of said resolution, a written appeal was filed with
the City Council of the City of Anaheim protesting the action of
the City Planning Commission granting said Special Use Permit, and
said appeal Was set for public hearing on the 17th day of December,
1957, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim,
and notice of such publiC hearing was duly given as required by law
and the prOVisions of Section 9200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code;
and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hear-
ing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard; and

WHEREAS, after due investigation and studies made by
itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all the
evidence and reports offered at said hearing, the City Council does
find that:
1. There is no substantial property right
possessed by other property in the same
vicinity and zone and denied the subjeot
property.
2. It appears that the subJeot property oan
be adequately developed and used under
the present zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of the
City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commission
granting the request of Hubert Kleinendorst, 2506 West First Street,
Santa Ana, California, to establish and operate a Mobile Park on the
property hereinabove described, be, and the same is hereby dis-
approved, and that Speoial Use Permit No. 11 be, and the same is
hereby denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION 1s approved and signed by me this

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said resolution on the 17th day of Deoember, 1957.
