A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
CHARLES E. LUKSICH TO MOVE A DWELLING FROM
807 NEBRASKA AVENUE, PLACENTIA, CALIFORNIA
TO 3350 WEST THORNTON AVENUE, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, CHARLES E. LUKSICH having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 807 Nebraska Avenue, Placentia, California, to 3350 West
Thornton Avenue, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 19th day of March, 1963, at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M. and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared on the last avail-
able tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that said
application should be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That the garage proposed to be erected
on the property on which it is proposed
to move said dwelling house shall be
constructed to meet minimum standard
requirements of the City of Anaheim.
2. That a temporary waiver of installation of
sidewalks shall be granted until such time
as required by the City Engineer; PROVIDED,
HOWEVER, that a bond in an amount and form
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall
be posted with the City by the owner of the
property upon which it is proposed to move
said dwelling house, to guarantee the
installation of said sidewalks when required
by the City Engineer.
3. That no permanent plantings (trees) shall
be permitted in the area reserved for future
sidewalks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said CHARLES E.
LUKSICH for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
807 Nebraska Avenue, Placentia, California, to 3350 West
Thornton Avenue, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby,
granted subject to the conditions hereinabove set forth, and

further subject to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating
to the moving of buildings from a point outside the City of
Anaheim to a point within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
