A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROP-
ERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEIM SCHOOL DISTRICT to
sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for an easement for road and public utility
purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Northeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Commencing at the center line of said Section 17; thence
South 00 20' 16" West along the East line of the South-
west quarter of said Section 17, said East line also
being the center line of Nutwood Street, a distance of
662.07 feet to the true point of ,beginning, said true
point of beginning being on the Southerly line of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the South-
west quarter of said Section 17; thence South 89 55' 51"
West along a portion of said Southerly line 32.00 feet to
a line parallel with and distant 32.00 feet from said East
line; thence North 0 20' 16" East along said parallel
line a distance of 89.93 feet to the beginning of a tan-
gent curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of
15.00 feet; thence Northerly and Westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 90 26' 45" an arc distance of
23.68 feet to a tangent line parallel with and distant
27.00 feet Southerly of the center line of Clearbrook Lane
as shown on a Map of Tract 2712, recorded in Book 101,
pages 40, 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County; thence South 89 53' 31" West a distance of
604.37 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Southeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence
Westerly and Southerly along said curve through a central
angle of 89 28' 17" an arc distance of 23.42 feet to a
point in the line tangent to said curve, said point being
in a line parallel with and distant 30.00 feet Easterly of
the center line of Agate Street, as said street is shown

on a Map of Tract 2712, recorded in Book 101, pages
40, 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County; thence South 0 25 14" West along the
last mentioned parallel line a distance of 751.37 feet,
more or less, to an intersection with the Southerly
line of that parcel of land conveyed to the Anaheim
School District as Parcel No. 2 in Deed No. 26732, re-
corded February 23, 1956 in Book 3408, page 476 of
Official Records thence South 89 58' 11" West, 30.00
feet to the Southwest corner of said Parcel No. 2;
thence North 00 25' 14" East 793.19 feet to the North-
west corner of said Parcel No. 2, said Northwest corner
also being the center line intersection of said Agate
Street with the center line of Clearbrook Lane, as shown
on a Map of Tract 2712, recorded in Book 101, pages 40,
41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County; thence North 89 53' 31" East 696.31 feet, more
or less, to the Northeast corner of Parcel No. 1, con-
veyed to the Anaheim School District in Deed No. 26732
recorded February 23, 1956 in Book 3408, page 476 of
Official Records; thence South 0 20' 16" West along the
center line of said Nutwood Street, a distance of 132.05
feet to the true point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 317.33 feet
Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
west quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South,
West, S.B.B. M.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 23.53
Easterly 150.00 feet;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of July 1963.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of

16th day of July, 1963.
