A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes to wit: An easement for road and Pub-
lic utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of 20TH CENTURY HOMES DEVELOP-
MENT, INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the State
of California,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Northeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 13,- Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southerly 332.00
feet of the Easterly 270.00 feet of the Northeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of said Section 13; thence
Southerly along a portion of the East line of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 13, a dis-
tance of 172.00 feet to an intersection with the North line
of the South 160.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 13; thence Westerly along
the North line of the South 160.00 feet of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 13, a
distance of 67.86 feet to a point, said point being the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and hav-
ing a radius of 15 feet; thence Easterly and Northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 89 49' 15" an
arc distance of 23.52 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 53.00 feet Westerly (as measured at right
angles from the East line of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 13); thence Northerly
along the last mentioned parallel line a distance of 127.21
feet to an intersection with the North line of the South
332.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of said Section 13; thence Easterly to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
