57R-4233 - .- RESOLUTION NO. 4233 A RESOLUTION or THE CITY COUKCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE APPLIC~ TICN NO. F-57-58-13 rOR A CHANGE OF ZONE I~ A CERTAIN AREA or THE CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution de- olaring its intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and desoribed and did fix a time and place for the holding of a publ1c hearing thereon in the manner and as presoribed in Artiole IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and did duly hold and conduct a public hearing to consider such proposed ohange of zone or zones and did receive evidenoe and re- ports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following the hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announoe by formal resolution its findings of faots and declare its opinions and reasons for recommending an amendment to said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to effect the proposed change in the boundaries of the zone hereinafter mentioned and desoribed; and WHEREAS, upon reoeipt of the report and reoommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Counoil did thereupon fix the 12th day of November, 1957 as the time and the Counoil Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the plaoe for a publio hearing upon said proposed ohange of zone and did give notioe thereof in the manner and as provided in said Artiole IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Munioipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and plaoe fixed for said pUblio hearing, the City Council did duly hold and oonduot suoh pUblio hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did reoeive evidence and reports, and did thereupon oonsider the reoommendations of the City Planning Commission and did oontinue said hearing to November 26, 1957; and WHEREASt the City Council does find and determine that the property and area proposed to be ohanged from the zone in which it is now situated to a different zone, as hereinafter set torth, is more saitable for the zone in whioh it is now inoorporated and that a change of zone should not be granted. NOW t THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ot Anaheim that allot the property and area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, desoribed a8 follows, to wit: The East halt ot Lots 12 and 13, Orangewood Tract, as per map thereof recorded in Book 7, at Pagel 32 and 42 of Misoellaneous Maps, Reoords of Orange CountYt - EXCEPT those portions thereof included within Tract No. 2691, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Oalifornia as per map recorded in Book 79, Pages 47 and 48 of Miscellaneous Maps in the offioe of the County Reoorder ot said County. -1- - ......- reli8.in in the R-A, RESIDEN'l'IAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE in whioh lt is now inoorporated, and that the reolassifioation to R-J, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, as reoommended by the City Planning Commissionln its Resolution No. 85 -- Series 1957-58, be denied without preJudioe.
