A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR
PUBLIC UTILITY OVERHANG PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for public utility
overhang purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RALPH F. HARING, a married
man, as to an undivided one -half interest, J. RICHARD HUFFMAN, a
married man, as to an undivided one -half interest, ANNA M. HARING,
wife of Ralph F. Haring, and PEGGY J. HUFFMAN, wife of J. Richard
Huffman, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for public utility
overhang purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
A public utility overhang easement over, along and
across the Westerly 3.00 feet and Southerly 3.00 feet
of the following described parcel of land:
That portion of the West half of the Northeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said West
half, Easterly 315.00 feet from the Northwest corner of
said West half; thence Southerly 488.94 feet parallel
with the West line of said West half to a line parallel
with and Southerly 488.94 feet from the North line of
said section, said point being the true point of begin-
ning; thence Southerly 204.06 feet parallel with said
West line to a line parallel with said North line and
Southerly 693.00 feet, measured parallel with said West
line, from said North line; thence Easterly 205.00 feet
along said parallel line; thence Northerly 204.06 feet
parallel with said West line to a line parallel with
said North line which passes through the true point of
beginning; thence Westerly 205.00 feet along said
parallel line to the true point of beginning.
PARCEL TWO:
A public utility overhang easement over, along and across
the Westerly 3.00 feet of the following described parcel
of land:

The Westerly 62.50 feet of that portion of the West
half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said
West half, Easterly 315.00 feet from the Northwest cor-
ner of said West half; thence Southerly 352.00 feet
parallel with the West line of said West half to the
true point of beginning; thence Southerly along said
parallel line to the South line of the North 488.94
feet of said section; thence Easterly 205.00 feet along
said. South line; thence Northerly parallel with said
West line to a line parallel with the North line of said
section which passes through the true point of beginning;
thence Westerly 205.00 feet along said parallel line to
the true point of beginning.
PARCEL THREE:
A public utility overhang easement over, along and
across the Easterly 3.00 feet and Southerly 3.00 feet
of the following described parcel of land:
That portion of the West half of the Northeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as the North
half of the North half of said Section 17 is shown on a
Map of Tract No. 2299, recorded in Book 70, pages 44 to
49 inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said West half,
distant Easterly 315.00 feet from the Northwest corner
of said West half; thence Southerly 693.00 feet parallel
with the West line of said West half; thence East paral-
lel with the North line of said West half to the East
line of said West half; thence North along said East line
to the North line of said West half; thence West along
said North line to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT the West 205.00 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT the North 66.00 feet thereof;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me

June, 1963, by the following vote of the members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R -501, on the
11th day of June, 1963.
