A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63R -285
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 383.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
April 9, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R -285 granting Conditional
Use Permit No. 383, permitting the construction of a one and
two story, multiple- family, planned unit residential develop-
ment, with carports, on the property described in said resolu-
tion, subject to the condition therein specified; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Parcel Three of
the property on which said Conditional Use Permit was granted
is incorrectly described in said resolution, and that Resolu-
tion No. 63R -285 should, therefore, be amended by correcting
the description of Parcel Three as contained in said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R -285 granting Condi-
tional Use Permit No. 383, be, and the same is hereby amended
by correcting the description of Parcel Three of the property
described in said resolution to read as follows:
"PARCEL THREE:
"That portion of Lots 9 and 10 of the Miles Rancho
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 4, Page 7,
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said County of
Orange, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is on a line parallel
with and 328.98 feet Westerly of the East line of
said Lot 10 South 00' 28' 59' East 239.00 feet from
the North line of said Lot 9, also being on a curve
concave Southwesterly whose radius is 230.00 feet and
whose tangent bears North 89 38' 46" East; thence
Easterly and Southeasterly 64.23 feet along the arc
of said curve through a central angle of 16 00' 00
thence tangent to said curve South 74 21' 14" East
63.53 feet to a tangent curve concave Northeasterly
whose radius is 170.00 feet; thence Southeasterly
47.86 feet along the arc of said curve through an
angle of 16 07 45 thence tangent to said curve
North 89 31' 01" East 3.03 feet to the Southwest
corner of Lot 16, Tract No. 2820 as per map recorded
in Book 95, Pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of said County of Orange; thence along the
Westerly line of said Tract 2820 South 00 28 59"
East 386.00 feet; thence on a line parallel with the
North line of said Lots 9 and 10 of the Miles Rancho
South 89 38' 46" West 174.66 feet; thence parallel
to the East line of said Lot 10 and of the said
Westerly line of Tract 2820 North 0 28' 59' West
419.00 feet to the point of beginning."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects,
said Resolution No. 63R -285 be and remain in full force and
effect.
