A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES, AND
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real
property for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for public
utility purposes, and temporary construction easements; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of GREAT WESTERN LAND CO.,
a Corporation, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following
described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to be used for easements for
public utility purposes, and temporary construction easements,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes including
a sanitary sewer easement over, under and across
those parcels of land being a portion of the
Jonathan Watson Tract, as per Map filed in Book 2,
page 26* of Record of Surveys in the office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, California, and
a portion of Block 36 of Yorba Linda Tract, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 5, pages 17 and 18 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, and that portion of the land alloted to
Maria Jesus Wilson de Shorb in Decree of Partition
of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in
Book "B" of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District
Court of California, and that portion of land alloted
to the Heirs of Leandro Serrano, in said decree,
described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: A strip of land 15.00 feet in width,
the center line being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of that parcel
of land described as Parcel 1 in deed to the Great
Western Land Co., a corporation, recorded December 28,
1962 in Book 6376, pages 187 to 190, inclusive, of
Official Records of said Orange County, said point being
137.35 feet South of the Northwest corner of Parcel
2 of the above mentioned deed; thence North 56° 531
57" East 142.52 feet; thence North 53° 35 45" East
286.00 feet; thence North 52 15 29" East 269.99
feet; thence North 51 52 22" East 224.41 feet;
thence North 56° 30 10" East 323.00 feet; thence
North 58° 34 23" East 387.901 feet; thence North

37° 19' 04" East 187.00 feet; thence South 79° 31
28" East 185.259 feet; thence North 69 57' 49" East
532.9 feet, to a point in the East line of that
parcel of land described in Parcel One (1) in deed
to Great Western Land Co. a corporation, recorded
March 29, 1963 in Book 6486, page 713 of Official
Records of said Orange County, said point being
hereinafter referred to as Point "A
PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility purposes
over, under and across a strip of land 6.00 feet in
width, the Easterly line of said strip being described
as follows:
Beginning at Point "A" referred to in the above
mentioned Parcel One; thence North 09° 33 25" West
146.95 feet to the intersection with the Northerly
line of Parcel Two in the deed to Great Western Land
Co., a corporation, recorded March 29,1963 in Book
6486, page 713 of Official Records.
PARCEL "A":
A temporary construction easement over and across a
strip of land, 10.00 feet in width, the Northerly
line of said strip being the Southerly line of the
above described Parcel One.
PARCEL "B":
A Temporary easement over and across a strip of land
10.00 feet in width, the Easterly line of said strip
being the Westerly line of the above described Parcel
Two.
The above described temporary easements to expire on
or before December 31, 1963.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R -458 on the
28th day of May, 1963.
