A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of EDWARD W. BONKOSKY,
single man, CHARLES W. JACKSON and ROWENA C. JACKSON. husband
and wife, MELVIN MUNGERSON, a widower,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the fo described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the following described parcels of land:
PARCEL ONE: The Southerly 25.00 feet of the Northerly 45.00
feet of the East half of Lot two (2) in Block Fourteen (14)
of Golden State Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
4, pages 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: The Southerly 25.00 feet of the Northerly
45.00 feet and the Westerly 33.00 feet of the Easterly
53.00 feet of the North half of the Northeast quarter of
the North half of Lot Fourteen (14) in Block K of the
Kraemer Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12,
pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
PARCEL THREE: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot
Fourteen (14) of Block K of the above mentioned Kraemer
Tract, said Northeast corner being the center line of
Anaheim Road and Dowling Avenue; thence Westerly along the
North line of said Lot 14, a distance of 77.99 feet; thence
Southerly parallel with the East line of said Lot 14, a
distance of 45.00 feet to the intersection with the South
line of the above described Parcel One, said point of
intersection being the True Point of Beginning; thence
Easterly along said South line, a distance of 24.99 feet
to the intersection with the Westerly line of the above
described Parcel Two; thence Southerly along said Westerly
line a distance of 24.99 feet; thence Northwesterly in a
direct line to the True Point of Beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
