A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of TRAVELER'S INN- LANSDELL,
Venture,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particu arly descri ed as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across those parcels of land lying within that portion of
the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 24,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Northerly 32.00 feet and the Westerly 53.00
feet of the following described parcel of land:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Southwest quarter of
the Southwest quarter; thence Easterly 330.00 feet along the
North line of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter;
thence South 14° 24' East 575.00 feet to the North line of the
Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad right of way; thence
Northwesterly 506.00 feet along said North line of the Atchison,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad right of way to the West line of
said Section 24; thence Northerly 366.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL TWO: That portion of the above mentioned Southwest
quarter of said Section 24, bounded on the West by the East
line of the above described Parcel One, bounded on the North
by the South line of said Parcel One, and bounded Southeasterly
by a curve concave Southeasterly, having a radius of 15 feet,
said curve being tangent to said East and South lines.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED th =.t the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the

the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
