63-0821WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes and to sell that it Anaheim the City RESOLUTION NO. 63R -821 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PR PERTY AN EASE- MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds is for the benefit and best interest of the City of to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of of Anaheim that the offer of MONROE REALTY CO.. INC., to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes and more particularly described as follows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that parcel of land being a portion of the North- east quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of said Section 27, said Southeast corner being the center line intersection of Haster Street and Orangewood Avenue; thence South 89 43' 50" West along the center line of said Orangewood Avenue, a distance of 1,337.96 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 0 57' 10" West 59.44 feet; thence North 89 43' 50" East 32.00 feet to a point, said point being the beginning of a non tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence Southerly and Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 89 19' 00" an arc distance of 23.38 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 45.00 feet Northerly of the center line of said Orange- wood Avenue; thence South 0 57' 10" East 45.00 feet to the center line of said Orangewood Avenue; thence South 89 43' 50" west 46.29 feet along the center line of said Orangew000d Avenue to the true point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 45.00 feet and the Westerly 32 feet thereof. be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey- ance of said property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owner or owners of said real property, out of Gener;1 Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
