A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
Public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha l_ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of KATELLA REALTY. a
corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the
State of California,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lot 28,
Tract 2176, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 59, pages 34 and 35 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of said
Lot 28, said point being 42 feet South of the
North line of said Lot 28, said point also
being the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet;
thence Southerly and Easterly along said curve
through a central angle of 90 00' 00" an
arc distance of 23.56 feet to a point in a line
that is parallel with and distance 17 feet
North of the South line of said Lot 28, said
point being 85 feet West of the East line of
said Lot 28; thence North 89 15' 50" West,
15 feet; thence North 0 44' 10" East to the
point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim ;.;.crept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED th:,.t the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of Gener,1 Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
