OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit. Easements for public utili
and temporary construction purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FINANCIAL FEDERATION
INC.,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Ananeim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for „public
utility and temporary construction •ur•oses
and more particularly .escribed as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes including a
sanitary sewer easement over, under and across the following
described parcels of land:
PARCEL ONE:
The Westerly 20.00 feet of the Northerly 466.49 feet, as
measured along the Westerly line of that portion of land
conveyed to Financial Federation, Inc., a Delaware corpo-
ration, by deed recorded January 25, 1963 in Book 6408,
page 101 of Official Records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 4.00 feet of the Southerly
156.50 feet thereof.
A strip of land 15.00 feet in width lying within a portion
of Lot One (1) of Mrs. Bush's Subdivision of a portion of
the Bush Tract, as per Map recorded in Book 36, page 52 of
Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, California, and a portion of land
allotted to the Heirs of Dominguez in Decree of Partition
of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book "B"
of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court of
California in the County of Orange, State of California,
said 15.00 foot strip being described as 5.5 feet Northerly
and 9.5 feet Southerly, as measured at right angles, to
the following described line:
Beginning at a point in the West line of said Lot One (1)
of Mrs. Bush's Subdivision, said point being 456.99 feet
South of the Northwest corner of that parcel of land
conveyed to Financial Federation, Inc., a Delaware
Corporation, by deed recorded January 25, 1963 in Book
6408, page 101 of Official Records of said Orange County;
thence South 89 25' 58" East 557.84 feet; thence
South 83 00' 17" East 322.41 feet; thence
South 88 31' 20" East 34.00 feet to a point, said point
being hereinafter referred to as Point 'A thence
continuing along said bearing of South 88 31' 20" East a
distance of 194.00 feet to a point hereinafter referred to
as Point "B thence continuing South 88 31' 20" East a
distance of 34.00 feet; thence North 84 58' 33" East
273.76 feet; thence North 88 31' 20" East 547.57 feet
to a point hereinafter referred to as Point "C"; thence
North 37 43' 40" East 159.96 feet; thence
South 88 31' 20" East 43.84 feet to a point hereinafter
referred to as Point "D."
EXCEPTING that a portion of the above described easement
be limited to a 10.00 foot easement, being 3.00 feet
Northerly and Northwesterly and 7.00 feet Southerly and
Southeasterly between the above referred to Points "A"
and "B" and between Points "C" and "D."
The Northerly, Northeasterly and Southerly and Southeasterly
lines of said Parcel Two (2) to be lengthened or shortened
to coincide at all angle points as may be necessary so as
to provide a continuous strip of land from the beginning
of Parcel Two to the end of Parcel Two.
PARCEL THREE:
A strip of land 15.00 feet in width, said strip being described
as 3.00 feet Northerly and 12.00 feet Southerly, as measured
at right angles to the following described line:
Beginning at the heretofore mentioned Point "D" of above des-
cribed Parcel Two; thence South 88 31' 20 East 1160.52 feet
to the intersection with the Easterly line of that parcel of
land conveyed to Financial Federation, Inc., a Delaware
Corporation, by deed recorded January 25, 1963 in Book 6408,
page 106 of Official Records of said Orange County, said
point of intersection being North 0 29' 20" West 655.00 feet
measured from a bolt in the center line of Santa Ana Canyon
Road.
PARCEL "A":
A temporary construction easement over and across a strip of
land 10.00 feet in width, the Westerly line of said strip
being the Easterly line of Parcel One.
PARCEL "B":
A temporary construction easement over and across a strip of
land 10.00 feet in width, the Northerly line of said strip
being the Southerly line of the above described Parcel Two
and Parcel Three.
The above described temporary easements to expire upon
completion of the installation of a sewer main, but not
later than May 1, 1964.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of Gener Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
