A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of BRYAN INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
Public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that parcel of land being a portion of Section 16,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the North 310 feet of the
Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 16, said Southwest corner being the
center line intersection of Loara Street with the center line
of Mable Street; thence North 88 54' 00" East along the cen-
ter line of said Mable Street a distance of 417.05 feet; thence
North 0 12' 00" West 30.00 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 30.00 feet Northerly (as measured at right
angles from the center line of said Mable Street); thence South
88 54' 00" West along the last mentioned parallel line a dis-
tance of 369.84 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve con-
cave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence West-
erly and Northerly along said curve through a central angle of
90 47' 30" an arc distance of 23.77 feet to an intersection
with a line parallel with and 32.00 feet Easterly (as measured
at right angles) from the center line of said Loara Street;
thence North 0 18' 30" West tangent to last mentioned curve
along said parallel line a distance of 264.79 feet; thence
South 88 54' 00" West 32.00 feet to the center line of said
Loara Street; thence South 0 18' 30" East 310 feet along the
center line of said Loara Street to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
