63-0158WHEREAS, the City Council did on September 4, 1962,
adopt Resolution No. 62R-805 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 62 -63 -11 finding and determining that the property and area
therein described should be changed from R -A, Residential
Agricultural Zone to R -3, Multiple Family Residential Zone,
subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 8 of said resolution provides
that the owner of the property shall tender to the City of
Anaheim an irrevocable offer of dedication of one -half of a
64 -foot wide street, said proposed street to be constructed along
the westerly boundary of the property proposed to be reclassified,
extending from Orangewood. Avenue to the northerly property line,
said half street to be constructed to City of Anaheim standards
and to be subject to inspection by and approval of the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, Twaits- Wittenberg Co., a partnership, has ten-
dered to the City of Anaheim an irrevocable offer to dedicate the
hereinafter described property, being one -half of a street 64
feet in width, to the City, for street purposes, the condition of
said dedication being that said half street shall be improved to
City standards, be subject to inspection and approval of the City
Engineer, and that said dedication shall then be subject only to
acceptance by the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is for the bene-
fit and best interest of the City to accept said offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication ten-
dered to the City by Twaits- Wittenberg Co., a partnership, offer-
ing for dedication to the City of Anaheim for street purposes,
the following described property, being one -half of a street 64
feet in width:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF
DEDICATION OFFERING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES.
All that real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
The Westerly 32.00 feet of those parcels of land being
portions of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page
10, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The West half of the South half of the South-
east quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 27.
EXCEPT that portion thereof lying West of a line which is
parallel with the East line of said Section and which will
intersect the South line of said Northeast quarter at a
point Westerly 1,320.00 feet, measured along said South
line from the East line of said Section.

Beginning at an old stone monument set by H. Clay Kellogg,
in the year 1912, on the South line of said Northeast
quarter, being along the center line of Orangewood Avenue,
West 667.00 feet from an old 2 by 4 redwood stake monu-
ment at the Southeast corner of said Northeast quarter;
thence South 89 33' 45" West 670.90 feet along said
center line to an old stake and stone monument set by said
H. Clay Kellogg; thence North 0 56' 45" West660.28 feet
to the North line of said South half of the South half of
the Northeast quarter of Section 27; thence North 89 34'
55" East 668.23 feet along said North line; thence South
1 10' 10" West 660.04 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT that portion thereof lying East of a line which is
parallel with the East line of said Section and which
will intersect the South line of said Northeast quarter
at a point Westerly 1,320.00 feet, measured along said
South line from the East line of said Section;
the condition of said dedication being that said half street
be improved to City standards, be subject to the inspection and
approval of the City Engineer, and then subject only to accept-
ance by the City of Anaheim, be and the same is hereby accepted.
