63-0078WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, pursuant to the Improve- ment Act of 1911, did cause the sidewalks and curbs to be con- structed on the parcels of real property hereinafter described, and did on the 8th day of May, 1956, by Resolution No. 3277, assess the costs of such construction against said real property; and WHEREAS, said amounts not having been paid, nor any part thereof, the City of Anaheim did claim liens on said parcels of real property in the amounts hereinafter specified, together with interest at the rate of 67 per annum from May 8, 1956, and did cause notices of said liens to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said liens have now been paid and discharged in full and that said parcels of real property should, therefore, be released from said liens. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that those certain liens, notices of which were recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California on July 9, 1956 in Book 3571, pages 51, 52 and 53 of Official Records of said County, for the amounts hereinafter specified and on those parcels of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, more par- ticularly hereinafter described, be and the same are hereby released. The description of the real property on which said liens were claimed and the amounts of said liens are as follows: RESOLUTION NO. 63R -78 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF CERTAIN LIENS CLAIMED AND RECORDED AGAINST CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY FOR COSTS OF CONSTRUC- TION OF SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO. 3277. PARCEL 1. Beginning at the northeast corner of Vineyard Lot A -1 as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, pages 629 -630 of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County, California, running thence westerly along the northeasterly line of said lot, 164 feet; thence southerly parallel with the easterly line of said lot, 80 feet; thence easterly parallel with the northerly line of said lot, 164 feet; thence northerly to the point of beginning. Amount of lien $289.90, together with rate of 67 per annum from May 8, 1956 Notice of Lien recorded in Book 3571, Records of Orange County, California. PARCEL 2. The southerly 59.5 feet of the westerly 156.25 feet of the southerly kZ of Vineyard Lot B -7, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, pages 629 -630 of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County, California. Div of Pub Works Finance interest at the page 51 Official ATTEST: EXCEPTING THEREFROM the southerly 9.5 feet and the westerly 5 feet. Amount of lien $261.30, together with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from May 8, 1956. Notice of Lien recorded in Book 3571, page 52, Official Records of Orange County, California. PARCEL 3. The southerly 95 feet of that portion of the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, being a portion of Lot 1 of Anaheim Extension as shown on a map of survey made by William Hamel and acknowledged by Alfred Robinson, Trustee, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the north line of said Lot 1, being on the south line of La Palma Avenue dis- tant 817.84 feet west of the northeast corner of the lot, said point being the northwest corner of the land conveyed to J. E. Walter, et al., by deed recorded May 13, 1947 in Book 1514, page 377 of Official Records in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County; thence southerly along the westerly line of said land 209.41 feet to the southwest corner of said land; thence south 73 54' 25" west along the westerly extension of the southerly line of said land 270.81 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of said lot; thence northerly along said westerly line 288 feet to the northwest corner of said lot; thence east along the northerly line of said lot, 281.07 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the southerly 95 feet; ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easterly 85 feet, said 85 feet being measured along the south line of La Palma Avenue. Amount of lien $195.00, together with interest at the rate of 67 per annum from May 8, 1956. Notice of Lien recorded in Book 3571, page 53, Offi- cial Records of Orange County, California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute releases of said liens and to cause the same to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
