TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the Ci y; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of JERRY MARKS AND SHERRTE S_ MARKS
husband and wife.

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Oraage, State of California,
to be used for an easement for
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across those parcels of land described as
follows:
PARCEL ONE: Lot A of Tract No. 2299, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 70,pages 45 through 49 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: The Easterly seven (7) feet of Lot One of
Block A of Tract No. 13, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 9, page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
