I would like to share my opposition to allowing an exception on the property located at 402 N Lemon St with regards to its Mills Act status. We spend a great deal of time and money maintaining our property to Mills Act standards. It isn't right to allow certain people (especially wealthy, influential ones who full well KNOW the Mills Act requirements) to circumvent the financial and social responsibilities that the rest of us would not, even if we could. The program works because we work the program. Allowing this exception sets a precedent that could either erode the program or force the Mills Act committee into quite a compromised (read: hypocritical) position when they have to turn down future requests from "non -elite" citizens for egregious exceptions after allowing this one. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Thomas Gaul 92805 Sent from my iPhone
