1962-1055RESOLUTION NO, 62R 1055 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURSE S WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit. An easement for road and ublic utilit ur oses an WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell and convey the same to the di T3 and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac- cept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of J. TYSON ELLIS and MARCIA M. ELLIS,,_ husband and wife, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes and more particularly described as follows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles to the center line of Euclid Street) of that portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 20, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, partly in the Rancho Los Coyotes and partly in the Rancho Las Bolsas, as said Southeast quarter is shown on a Map of Tract No. 2722, re- corded in Book �4, pages 27, 28 and 29 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 20; thence North 0 551 00" East 1,227.38 feet along the East line of said Section to the true point of beginning; thence North 89 22' 57" West 150.00 feet; thence North 0 55 00" East 92.00 feet parallel with the East line of said Section 20; thence South 89 22' 57" East 150 feet to said East line; thence South 0 55' 00" West 92.00 feet to the true point of beginning. be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said property. 1 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners of said real, property, out of General—Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1004 THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this llth day of December 8 1962 ATTESTz DENE M.
