A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
~.-.. OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of
the .Public Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 50+30 et
seq., Government Code) in connection with vacation and
abandonment of public service easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate, abandon, and close to public use the
following described public service easement(s), to wit:
That certain easement for sanitary sewer purposes
located on the north side of Cerritos Avenue
approximately 660 feet west of Walnut Street,
extending from the north line of Cerritos Avenue
to a point approximately 1250 .feet northerly
thereof
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER .RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at
a public hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P. M., or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in
the City Hall, 20~! East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City of Anaheim.
