WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim &Oes
hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easenients Vacation Law (Section 50 et seq., Goverment
Code) in connection with vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements.
