A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUI1TCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIb DECLARING ITS IT TETvTION TO VACATE
AND A_311\TDON CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASE1 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seq., Goverment
Code) in connection with vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements.
NOTE', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to va-
cate, abandon, and close to public use the following described
public service easement(s), to wit:
A portion of an easement for water purposes ten (10)
feet in width located approximately 1070 feet south
of Santa Ana Canyon Road, west of Fairmont Boulevard,
extending from a point approximately 70 feet west
of Fairmont Boulevard to a point approximately 920
feet westerly thereof,
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in or
objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a pub-
lic hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter
as the matter may be heard, in the Council ChaTLber in the City
Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th dy of ry, 1978.
