RESCIlIDING USOLUTION NO. J476 EUTITLED. " A RESOLUTION
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANARlllIM GRANTI:NG A
SPJDCIAL USE PERMIT TO SABDI MAC UVISH TO OPJlR.ATE .AND
CONDUCT ~5-.AGE INSTRUCTIONAL DANCES AT HIS STUDIO AT
IJ5! WEST CENTER Si'BEET ONCE A WEER: ON SATORDAY EVENINGS".
WHEREAs, on or about the 18th day of September. 1956 the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did receive a request from Sandy Mac Tavi~,
IJ5! West Center Street, Anaheim. California, for permission to operate and
conduct teen-age instructional dances in his studio at IJ5~ West Center Street,
Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAs, the City Council did, on the 25th d~ of October, 1956,
adopt Resolution No. 3476 granting a special use permit to Sandy Mac Tavish
to operate and conduct teen-age instructional dances at his studio at the
above mentioned address, once a week on Saturday evenings, on certain condi~
tions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said request should be r~
ferred to the City Planning Commission for processing and recommendation. and
that said Resolution No. J476 granting said permit should be rescinded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ~
Anaheim that Resolution No. J476 granting a special use permit to Sandy
Mac Tavish, IJ5! West Center Street, Anaheim, California to operate and
conduct teen-age instructional dances at his studio at the above address, be
and the same is hereby, rescinded.
