A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
5596 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. F- 59- 60 -13.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did heretofore, to wit, on November 3, 1959, adopt Resolution
No. 5596 in reclassification proceedings No. F- 59- 60 -18, upon
application from Keystone Savings and Loan Association for a
change of zone of certain real property described in said
application; and
WHEREAS, Conditions Nos. 5 and 6 of Resolution No.
5596 read as follows:
"5. That the owner of subject property deed to
the City of Anaheim a strip of land of suffi-
cient width for a full width street, from the
easterly boundary of Tract No. 3492 to the
easterly boundary of Tract No. 1886; and a
strip of land of sufficient width for a half
width street, from the easterly boundary of
Tract No. 1886 to Palm Street, in conformity
with plans approved by the City Engineer.
"6. That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, side-
walks, street grading and paving, drainage
facilities, or other pertinent work be com-
plied with as required by the City Engineer,
and in accordance with Plan No. 1000 on file
in the office of the City Engineer, and that
said engineering requirements or improvements
shall be installed at the time the property
is developed."
AND WHEREAS, the owner of said property proposed
to be reclassified has requested that Condition No. 5 be
deleted from said resolution and that Condition No. 6 be
amended to release said owner from compliance with any portion
of Condition No. 6 insofar as it is applicable to Condition
No. 5; and
WHEREAS, said owner has further requested that the
description of the property proposed to be reclassified con-
tained in Resolution No. 5596 be arneided to eliminate therefrom
the westerly 8 feet; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said
requests should be granted and that Resolution No. 5596 should
be amended by eliminating Condition No. 5, by amending Condi-
tion No. 6 to release the property owner from compliance with
any portion of Condition No. 6 insofar as it is applicable to
Condition No. 5, and by amending the description of the property
contained in said resolution to eliminate the westerly 8 feet
thereof; and

WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of
zone and completing said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5596 in reclassi-
fication proceedings No. F- S9 -60 -18 be, and the same is
hereby amended as follows:
1. That Condition No. 5 be, and the same is hereby
deleted from Resolution No. 5596.
2. That Condition No. 6 of Resolution No. 5596 be,
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"6. That all engineering requirements of the
City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters,
sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant
work, be complied with as required by the
City Engineer, and in accordance with Plan
No. 1000 on file in the Office of the City
Engineer, with the exception of any engi-
neering requirements shown on said Plan
No. 1000 which are applicable to the pro-
posed full width street from the easterly
boundary of Tract No. 392 to the easterly
boundary of Tract No. 1886, and the half
width street from the easterly boundary of
Tract No. 1886 to Palm Street, and which
shall be excluded from said engineering
requirements.
That said engineering requirements shall
be installed at the time the property is
developed, as required by the City Engineer
and in accordance with Plan No. 1000, with
the exception of the exclusions above
mentioned."
3. That the description of the property proposed to
be reclassified in Resolution No. 5596 be, and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Lot 5 of the 'Replat of Orchard Park Tract'
as shown on a map recorded in Book 7, Page 6,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California
"EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 777.75 feet
thereof; said distance being computed to the
center line of Citron Street."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 5596 be and remain in full force and effect.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit
to the City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2of
the Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code
to accomplish the object herein found and determined to be
necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 10th day of May, 1960.
