for its examination, consideration and approval, demands against the
City as May 10, 1960 Warrants No. 66 to
both inclusive, totaling 531,753.64

WHEREAS, the City Council finds that all of said demands
are proper and should be paid, except
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Citi Council that
all of said demands, except
be,and the same are hereby, approved and the City Auditor be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to issue warrants therefor.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be, and
ho is hereby, authorized and directed to pay said warrants upon presen—
tation to him by the persons entitled to receive payment thereon, or their
duly authorized representatives.

3. That the granting of such variance will
not be materially detrimental to the public
welfare or injurious to the property or
improvements in such vicinity and zone in
which the property is located.
L.. That the granting of such variance will not
adversely affect the comprehensive general
zoning plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that a conditional zoning variance be, and the same
is hereby granted to ALPHA BETA FOOD MARKETS, INC., 1111 South
Harbor Boulevard, La Habra, California, to erect a free- standing
sign, 6 11" x 15 0" in size, on the property hereinabove
described in accordance with the plans presented to the City
Council and on file with the City of Anaheim.
The City Council hereby reserves the right to revoke such
variance permit for good cause or failure of said owner its
successors or assigns, to comply with the Anaheim Municipal
Code and regulations and the conditions herein. Said variance is
granted for the term prescribed by the Anaheim Municipal Code unless
otherwise specified herein.
