A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
F. J. PATIN TO MOVE A DWELLING FROM 810 WEST
KATELLA AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, TO
1825 WEST ORANGE AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, F. J. Patin having filed a written applica-
tion for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
810 West Katelia Avenue, Anaheim, California, to 1825 West
Orange Avenue, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 19th day of April, 1960, at the hour of 7:00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building
or structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the
last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard and action thereon having been de-
ferred to this date to permit further investigation by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council having duly considered
said application for a house moving permit, together with
all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith,
does find that said permit should be granted, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That the owner of the property located at
1825 West Orange Avenue, Anaheim, California,
upon which said house is to be moved, deed
to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 32
feet in width from the center line of the
street, along Orange Avenue, for street
widening purposes.
2. That all engineering requirements of the
City of Anaheim, along Orange Avenue, such
as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other pertinent work be complied with
as required by the City Engineer and in
accordance with standard plans and speci-
fications on file in the Office of the
City Engineer; and (b) that a bond in an
amount and form satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim be posted with the City to
guarantee the installation of said engi-
neering requirements.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of F. J. Patin
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
810 West Katella Avenue, Anaheim, California, to 1825 West
Orange Avenue, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is
hereby, granted, subject to the conditions hereinabove set
forth, and further subject to compliance with all of the
provisions of Article VIII, Chapter 5 of the Anaheim Munici-
pal Code, relating to the moving of buildings from a point
within the City of Anaheim onto a lot within the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 26th day of April, 1960.
