1960-6310RESOLUTION NO. 6310 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FINALLY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND THE FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT LABOR SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDING POWER FUEL AND WATER AND PERFORMING ALL WORK NECESSARY TO CONSTRUCT AND COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT TO WIT; FURNISHIT�IG A ND INSTALLING TRAFFIC SIGNALS AI\. L ING OGE 'BIER WITH PURTENANCES AT THE INTERSECTION OF HARBOR BOULF- VARD AND I ATELL,A AVENUE AND ON HARBOR BOULEVAR AT THE ENTRANCE TO DISNEYLAND PROJE T NO 0 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did cause to be published in a newspaper of general circulation,, printed, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, to wit: The Anaheim Gazette n urle. nd it fl 19 60 a no ce nv ng sealed proposa s or urn ng following: Alt plant, labor, services, materials and ecuipment, and all utilities anci transportation, including power, fuel and water, and performing all wort*. neces- sary to construct and complete in a good and worl:- manlike manner, in strict- accordance with the speci- fications, plans and drawings therefor on file: in the Office of the City Clerk or City Engineer of the City of Anabeirr, the following public improvement, to wit: Furnishing and installing traffic signals ai: the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Katella Avenue, and on Harbor Boulevard at the entrance to Disneyland, in the City of Anaheim, including safety 1 ght.incg, islands, and appurtenant wore: as more particularly set forth in the plans and specifi- cations on file in the Office of the City Engineer >r City Cleri Project No. 30; in accordance with the designs, plans, profiles and specifica- tions prepared by Thornton E.
