NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the following
described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the West half of the Southeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 7,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a T iap recorded in Boo
51, Page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of

Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot B of
Tract No. 2625, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
94, Pages 9 to 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California; thence along the West

227.92 feet to the Northwest corner of said lest

and it is hereby, authorized to deliver to said Vendors the
amount of the purchase price for said property, heretofore
deposited in escrow, when all conditions of said escrow have
been re t and complied with.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
