A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of JO111 3. KILROY, a married man,
as his sole and separate property
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes, over, under and across
those portions of Tract No. 3313 as shown on a wap recorded in
Book 107, Pages 31! to 37 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, State of California,
described as follows:
PARCEL 1: The Easterly 5.00 feet of Lots 1 and 2.
PARCEL The Westerly 5.00 feet of Lots 1; 5 and 6. EXCEPTING
therefrom. the Northerly 171.60 feet of Lot 6.
PARCEL 3: The Easterly 5.00 feet of the following described
parcel of property: Beginning at the most Northeasterly corner of
said Lot 3; thence South 15 28 1 50" East along the Easterly line
of said Lot 3, 138.06 feet to a point; thence North 89 °4314 7°T
West 332.;1 feet to a point on a curve having a radius of 2053.00 feet,
said curve being also the Easterly line of Los Angeles Street
(a radial line through said point bears North 73` 00 East);
thence Northwesterly along said curve and said Easterly line through
a central angle of 1 37 2 27" and an arc distance of 58.20 feet
to the Northerly line of said Lot 3; thence North 76 22 1 52" East
along said Northerly line ;17.3; feet to the point of beginning.
This Deed is r, ^de, executed and delivered to correct an error
contained in the description of PARCEL 3 in that certain deed
executed by JOHN B. KILROY, as Grantor, to the City of Anaheim.,
as Grantee, and recorded on the 10t, day of February, 1960 in
Bob:--( 5095, Page 77 of Of icial Records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim
