A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY
CF ANAHEIM PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT
CODE AND THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE INITIATING
AND PROPOSING THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO
.ARTICLE IX, CHAPTER 2 OF SAID MUNICIPAL CODE
AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY MADE A PART

FORTH: AND REFERRING THIS PROPOSAL TO TEE
PLANNING COMMISSION ISSIO OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI{
FOR A REPORT.
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof, is now incorporated in the bound-
aries of the R -A, Residential- Agricultural Zone, under Article IX,
Chapter 2, of the Anaheim Municipal Code and the Zoning Map of
the City made a part thereof, and the City Council deems it to
be for the public interest to initiate and propose the adoption
of an amendment
to said Code and Zoning flap changing said pro-
perty from the R -A, Residential Agricultural Zone, to other
zones.

pursuant to the California Government Cod and the Anahe_t iiuni-
cipal Code;, hereby initiates and proposes the adoption of an
amendment to s a i d Municipal Cod and Zoning Map, changing the
boundaries of certain of the zones thereby established so as to
exclude said property from the R -A, Residential Agricultural
Zone, and so as to incorporate said property in the P -L Parking-
Landscaping Zone and the 1 -1, j i'ght- Man"1 Zone, as follows:
A strip of land 50 feet. in width along Anaheim
Road and a. strip of land 50 feet in width lying
east of and contiguous to the portion of Parcel
3 to be deeded to the City of Ana.be' in in accord-

1 feet in width lying west of and conti-
guous to the portions of Parcels 1, and 7 to
b e deeded to the City i accordanc with Para-
graph 2 hereof, shall be incorporated in the
P -L, Parking Landscaping Zone; and
The balance of the said property shall be in-
corporated in thA E-1, Light- ruianufa.cturing Zone,
upon the following conditions:
1. The owners of said property deed to the City
of Anaheim, for street widening purposes, a
strip of land feet in width, extending
southerly from and along ten center line of
Anaheim Road.
2. The owners of said property deed to the City
of Anaheim for public street purposes, the

gutters and rough grading, be complied with
as required by the City Engineer and in accord-
ance with stand ?rd plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer, and
that said engineering requirements or improve-
ments be installed at the time the property is
developed.
All engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim applicable to the property to he deeded
to the City of Anaheim in accordance with
paragraph. 2 hereof, and relating to curbs,
gutters and rough grading, be complied with
as requirecL by the City Engineer and in accord-
ance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer, and
that said engineering requirements or improve-
ments be installed at the time -'iller Street is
extended through to LaPaima Avenue, or at the
option of the owners, at any time prior thereto.
The owners of said property either:
Pay to the City of Anaheim t ,_e sum of X2.00
per front foot on Anaheim Road and on the
property to be deeded to the City of Anaheim
in accordance with paragraph 2 hereof, for
street lighting urposes, or
(b) Install street lights in accordance with
plans and specifications approved by the
Office of the City Engineer.

stalled concurrently with the installation
of the related improvements under paragraphs
3 or hereof respectively.
The owners of said property place of record -1
deed restrictions approved by the City Attorney.
Condition Nos. 1, 2 and 6 hereof be satisfied
within 90 days after this proposal is adopted
by ordinance or resolution of the City Council
or within such further time as the City Council
may eIraIn t.
EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above proposal be, and
the same is hereby referred to the Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim for a report and before making such report, such Com-
mission be, and it is hereby directed to hold at least one public
hearing in the manner prescribed by law.

north 10 acres of said west half.

PARCEL 2: The westerly 5 acres of the northerly 10 acres of the westerly
half of Lot 17 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as per map recorded in book
12 pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
Said land is included within the area shown on a map filed in book 34 page
37 of Record of Surveys in the office of the county recorder of Orange County.
PARCEL 3: The west half of the north half of the east half of Lot 17 in
Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as per map recorded in book 12 pages 87 and 88
of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the county recorder of Los Angeles
County, California.
Said land is included within the area shown on a map filed in book 34 page
37 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the county recorder of Orange
County.
PARCEL 4: The northerly 10 acres of the westerly half of Lot 17 in Block K
of the Kraemer Tract, as per map recorded in book 12 pages 87 and 88 of
Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the county recorder of Los Angeles
County, California.
EXCEPT the westerly 5 acres.
