A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CONSENTING TO THE DETACHMENT OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has received a
written request from the owners of all of the real property hereinafter
described that the same be detached from the City of Anaheim for the purpose
of annexation to the City of Stanton,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
resolve and order as follows:
The City Council of the City of Anaheim under Section 35304 of the
Government Code consents to the detachment of the following described real
property:
beginning.
ATTEST:
Beginning at a corner common to the boundaries of the
cities of Stanton, Anaheim, and Cypress, described as being
in the north line of Cerritos Avenue (60 feet wide) at a
point distant thereon westerly 221 feet from the centerline
of Knott Avenue and running thence westerly 113.00 feet
along said north line and the boundary common to the cities
of Anaheim and Cypress; thence northerly parallel with
said centerline of Knott Avenue 154.00 feet to the boundary
common to the cities of Anaheim and Stanton; thence easterly
and southerly along last described boundary to the point of
ADOPTED, SIGNED and APPROVED this 26th day of July, 1960.

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Resolution No. 6171 on the 26th day of July, 1960.
