A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO ZONING SHOULD BE AMENDED
AND THAT THE BOUNDARIES OF CERTAIN ZONES
SHOULD BE CHANGED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing in Reclassification Proceed-
ing No F- 60 -61 -41 to consider an amendment to Title
18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating.to zoning and to con-
sider a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter
mentioned and described, and at said hearing did receive evidence
and reports from persons interested therein and from its staff;
and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty days following said
hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly adopt a resolu-
tion containing a report of its findings, a summary of the evi-
dence presented at said hearing and a recommendation that the
proposed amendment be adopted by the City Council and that cer-
tain zone or zones be changed as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendation of the City Plan-
ning Commission, the City Council did fix :the 29th day of
November 19 60 as the time, and the City Council Chambers
in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the lace for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code, and the exclusion of said property, hereinafter
described, from the zone in which it is now situated and the in-
corporation thereof in the zones hereinafter set forth; and did
give notice thereof in the manner and form as provided in said
Title 18 of said Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports and did thereupon con-
sider the summary of evidence presented at said public hearing
before the Planning Commission, its report of findings, and recom-
mendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should
be adopted and that the property hereinafter described should
be excluded from the zone or zones in which it is now situated,
and incorporated in the zone or zones as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
be, and the same is hereby amended, and that the following
described property:
All that certain land situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
F- 60 -61 -41
quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Westerly line of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 27, distant South
0° 42t L.7" East 339.04 feet from the Northwesterly
corner of the South half of the Northwest quarter of
the Southeast quarter of said Section 27; thence
South 39° 381 07" East 200.00 feet parallel with the
Northerly line of the South half of the Northwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 27
to the Northeast corner of land described as Parcel
1 in a deed to Rom Investment Co., recorded December
12, 1958 in Book 4513, page 320 of Official Records,
said point being the true point of beginning; thence
continuing along said parallel line South 89° 38t
07" East 100.00 feet to the Westerly line of land
described in a deed to Layne E. Fitts and others,
recorded December 27, 1956 in Book 3753, page 106
of Official Records; thence South 0° 42' 47" East
along said Westerly line and its Southerly prolong-
ation to the Northerly line of Wilken Way, as shown
on a map of Tract No. 3127, recorded in Book 94,
pages 48 and 49 of I laneous Pi.aps, records of
Orange County, California; thence Westerly along
the Northerly line of said Wilken Way to the South-
east corner of land described as Parcel 1 in a deed
to George I. Buban and others, recorded January 20,
1959 in Book 4555, page 313 of Official Records;
thence North 0° 42t 47" West 100.99 feet to the true
point of beginning;
be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C -1,
NEIGHBORHOOD- COVEERCIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property place of
record standard City of Anaheim C -1 Deed Res-
trictions, approved by the City Attorney,
which restrictions shall limit the uses of the
property to business and professional offices
and any R -3 uses.
2. That subject property be developed in accord-
ance with the amended plans presented to the
City Council and on file with the City of Ana-
heim, which plans provide for 31.99 feet access
area to parking.
3. That 21 parking spaces be provided as required
by the Anaheim I'lunicipal Code.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an ordinance amending Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and de-
termined to be necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
