WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim did receive an application from Cinderella Con-
struction, Inc., 2973 West Rome Avenue, Anaheim, California,
for a Special Use Permit to construct a commercial develop-
ment consisting of two small, one -story hospitals in conjunc-
tion with a market, service shops, medical dental offices
and a professional office building on the following described
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to wit:
PARCEL 1.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO.
84 TO CINDERELLA CONSTRUCTION, INC., TO CON-
STRUCT A OONMERCIAL IMPROVEMENT CONSISTING
OF TWO HOSPITALS ON THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
The West 3 acres of the East one -half of the South one
half of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 51, pages 7 et seq., Miscellaneous Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County.
PARCEL 2.
The East 3 acres of the Southwest quarter of the South-
west quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 13, in
Township 4 South, Range 11 West in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 51, page 7 et seq.,
Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said county.
EXCEPT the South 180.00 feet of the West 50.00 feet
thereof.
PARCEL 3.
The South 176.91 feet of the Northwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section
13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West of the San Ber-
nardino meridian, in the County of Orange, State of
California.
EXCEPT that portion conveyed to the State of California
by deed recorded August 23, 1951 in Book 2220, page
426 of Official Records of said Orange County.
PARCEL 4.
The North 235.52 feet of that portion of the South half
of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the

Rancho Los Coyotes, County of Orange, State of Cal-
ifornia, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County, lying westerly of the following
described line:
Beginning at a point in the South line of said Sec-
tion 13, said point being located 464.20 feet East-
erly of the Southwest corner of said Section 13;
thence North 660.18 feet along a line parallel to
the West line of said Section 13, to a point in the
North line of the South half of the Southwest quart-
er of the Southwest quarter of said Section 13.
EXCEPT the best 92.00 feet of said land as conveyed
to the State of California by deed recorded August
23, 1951 in Book 2220, page 426 of Official Records,
in the Office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold
a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
upon said application on October 3, 1960, notice of which
said public hearing was duly given as required by law and
the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, in-
vestigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at
said hearing, did adopt its Resolution No. 89 SERIES 1960-
61, granting Special Use Permit No. 84, subject to certain
conditions set forth therein;and
WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty (20) days from
the date of the adoption of said resolution, the City Council
did elect, upon its own motion, to review the action of the
City Planning Commission in granting said Special Use Permit and
did thereupon fix the 8th day of November, 1960 as the time
and the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Ana-
heim as the place for a public hearing upon said Special Use
Permit, and notice of such public hearing was duly given as
required by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76
of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports; and did there-
upon close said hearing and defer action on said Special Use
Permit for a period of one week; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after careful con-
sideration of the recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion and all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, that
said Special Use Permit should be granted upon the terms and
conditions hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commis-
sion granting Special Use Permit No. 84 be, and the same is

hereby sustained, and that Special Use Permit No. 81 be, and
the same is hereby granted to Cinderella Construction, Inc.,
2973 West Rome Avenue, Anaheim, California, to construct a
commercial development consisting of two small,one -story hos-
pitals in conjunction with a market, service shops, medical
dental offices and a professional office building on the pro-
perty hereinbefore described, upon the following conditions:
1. That subject property be developed substan-
tially in accordance with the plot plan sub-
mitted to the City Council and on file with
the City of Anaheim.
2. That a wall be constructed on the north and
east property lines where subject property
abuts R -1 zoned property.
3. That a strip of land 92 feet in width from the
center line of the street along Beach Boulevard,
and a strip of land 53 feet in width from the
center line of the street along Ball Road, be
deeded to the City of Anaheim for street widen-
ing purposes.
L. (a) That all engineering requirements of the
City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters,
sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage
facilities, or other appurtenant work be com-
plied with as required by the City Engineer and
in accordance with standard plans and specifica-
tions on file in the Office of the City Engineer;
and (b) that a bond in an amount and form satis-
factory to the City of Anaheim be posted with the
City to guarantee the installation of said en-
gineering requirements and the construction of
the wall mentioned in Condition No. 2 hereof.
5. That the sum of $2.00 per front foot, along
Beach Boulevard and Ball Road, be paid to the City
of Anaheim for street lighting purposes.
6. That approval of the State of California, Divi-
sion of Highways, be secured for ingress to and
egress from subject property on Beach Boulevard.
The City Council hereby reserves the right to revoke
such Special Use Permit for good cause or failure of said owner,
its successors or assigns to comply with the Anaheim Municipal
Code and regulations and the conditions herein.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of November, 1960.
