1960-6444A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FINALLY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND THE FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR, SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER, AND PERFORMING ALL WORK NECESSARY TO CONSTRUCT AND COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, TO WIT. TREET AVENUE SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN ti KATELLA AVENUE AND IN CERRITOS AVENUE FRO ",4 AP RO1IP "E T WE T OF LEWIS STREET TO LEWIS STREET JOB WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did cause to be published in a newspaper of general circulation,. printed, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, to wit: The Anaheim z tte 9 on 3d da of June and the 10th da of Jupe 19 60 a no ce invit rag sealed proposals or urn _s ng e following: RESOLUTION NO. All plant, labor, services, materials and equipment, and all utilities and transportation, including power, fuel and water, and performing all work necessary to construct and complete in a good and workmanlike manner, in strict accordance with the specifications, plans and drawings therefor on file in the Office of the City Engineer or City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, the following public improvement to wit: The Lewis Street Cerritos Avenue Sewer Improvement, consisting of the construction of 12 —inch, 15 —inch and 18 —inch V.C.P. sewer laterals in Lewis Street from Cerritos Avenue to Katella Avenue and in Cerritos Avenue from approximately 1116 feet west of Lewis Street to Lewis Street, including trenching, flooding and backfill, construction of 4 —foot brick manholes, including excavation and castings, and appurtenant work as more particularly set forth in the plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Clerk or City Engineer, Job No. 1191; in accordance with the designs, plans, profiles and specifica- tions prepared by Thnrntntt F. Pi nrssl 1, City Engineer a and the notice inviting sealer proposals, which said notice specified that sealed proposals as specified in said notice would be received up until. 2 :00 :°clock P.M. of the 16th day of June 77.7170 and which said notice did state and declare that, pursuant t•- the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code, the City Council of the City of Anaheim had ascertained the prevailing rate of wages for each type of labor needed to execute said contract and did set forth the prevailing hourly wage scale so ascertained; and WHEREAS, on Jan 16 1 9 60 at the hour 2;00 o °clock @Mo, the ty erk and City Engineer of A14 6444 the City of Anaheim did open s;.id sealed proposals reee1ved up to that time for the furnishing of all plant labor services materials and ;quipment and all utilities and tranapor^tation including power fu 1 and water and performing all work neces- sary to construct and complete in a good and workmanlike manner in strict accordance with the specifications plans and drawings therefor on file:;in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim the pubi:ic .1mpr'ov:- ment hereinabove more parti- cularly d.- scribed -nd set forth in public, in the City Council Chamber in the City Hall Anaheim California and the City Engineer did t; :.bulate the r° suit of said sealed proposals and did make a report to the City Council at its next r'egular meeting; and WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Anaheim did at its next W.
