1961-6821WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
July 5, 1960, adopt Resolution No. 6126 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -107, upon application from Giacomo and
Agostina Lugaro for a change of zone, finding and determining
that the property and area therein described should be changed
from R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Condition No. 2
of said resolution provides that the owners of subject property
place of record City of Anaheim C -1 Deed Restrictions which
shall limit the uses of the property proposed to be reclassified
to those uses listed in said Condition No. 2; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
Condition No. 2 of Resolution No. 6126 should be amended by
deleting the uses designated therein and substituting the uses
hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Condition No. 2 of Resolution No. 6126
in Reclassification Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -107 be, and the
same is hereby, amended by deleting the uses set forth therein,
to which subject property is limited, and by substituting
therefor the following uses:
(a) Offices. (Business, Professional and
Real Estate Agencies).
(b) Telephone answering and secretarial services.
(c) Banks, including savings and loan, finance,
credit, investment broker and dealer offices.
(d) Barber shops, beauty shops or modeling or
charm schools.
(e) Book and stationery stores, including retail
sale of artist materials, rental library,
greeting cards.
(f) Confectionery stores, including confection@ ry store
selling ice cream products, delicatessen, butcher
shops.
(g) Retail florist.
(h) Pharmacy and prescription.
(i) Retail specialty gift shops, including art objects,
glass, ceramic, china and woodware.
(j) Retail tobacco and pipe shops.
(k) Retail camera, equipment and supplies store.
(1) Laundry agencies or clothes cleaning agencies
and self service laundries with limited floor
space of 1500 square feet.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CONDITION NO. 2 OF RESO-
LUTION NO. 6126 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEED-
INGS NO. F -59 -60 -107.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in all other respects,
except as amended by Resolution No. 6363 adopted October 4,
1960, said Resolution No. 6126 be, and remain, in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of April, 1961.
