A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
ELIZABETH LANCASTER TO MOVE A DWELLING FROM
1338 ATLANTIC AVENUE, LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA,
TO 235 SOUTH STANTON AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, ELIZABETH LANCASTER having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 1338 Atlantic Avenue, Long Beach, California, to 235 South
Stanton Avenue, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 28th day of March, 1961, at the hour of 3 :00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid-
ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building
or structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the
last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly con-
sidered said application for a house moving permit, together
with all evidence and reports submitted in connection there-
with, does find that said permit should be granted subject to
the following conditions:
1. That the exact location proposed for the
building be reviewed by the City Manager's
Office prior to the issuance of a building
permit, to determine that said building
will not block future development of the
adjacent area.
2. That said dwelling be brought up to City
code requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said ELIZABETH
LANCASTER for a house moving permit to move a dwelling from.
1338 Atlantic Avenue, Long Beach, California, to 235 South
Stanton Avenue, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is
hereby, granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That the exact location proposed for the
building be reviewed by the City Manager's
Office prior to the issuance of a building
permit, to determine that said building
will not block future development of the
adjacent area.
2. That said dwelling be brought up to City code
requirements.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said house moving per-
mit be, and the same is hereby granted subject to compliance
also with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings from
a point outside the City of Anaheim to a point within the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 28th day of March, 1961.
