an escrow with WITTIAV H. f'ONTAGUE and FRANCES ET.TZAPETTI MONTAGUE,
husband and wife at United California rank, Anaheim nffice,
Anaheim, California, for the purchase of the hereinafter des-
cribed real property for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, said United California rank is now ready to
close said escrow, and a deed has been prepared conveying said
property to the City of Anaheim free and clear of all enr!um-
trances except all general and special taxes for the fiscal,
year 1 961-62, and all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, rights, rights of way and easements of record,
as approved by the City Attorney.

of the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the fol"owng
dese-:bel property sicuated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of CaTifornia, to
The Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 13,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernar-
dino Base and Teridian. EXCEPTING the West
11 feet thereof;
to the City of Anaheim, free and clear of all encumbrances,
except as hereinabove set forth, be, and the same is hereby,
accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTITER RESOLVED that said escrow holder be,
and it is hereby, authorized to deliver to said Vendors the
amount of the purchase price of said property, heretofore
deposited in escrow, when all conditions of said escrow have
been met and complied with.
TlIE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
