1961-7003RESOLUTION NO. 7003 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO JACK F. SAMPSON TO MOVE A DWELLING FROM 615 SOUTH PALM STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, 10 907 EAST NORTH STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA. WHEREAS, Jack F. Sampson having filed a written ap- plication for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 615 South Paim (Harbor) Street, Anaheim, California to 907 East North Street, Anaheim, California; and WHEREAS, said application having been set for public hearing on the 27th day of June, 1961, at the hour of 3 :00 otclock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resid- ing within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll; and WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and conducted and all persons interested therein given an op- portunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly con- sidered said application, together with all evidence and re- ports submitted in connection therewith, does find that said permit should be granted, subject to the following conditions: (a) That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work be complied with as re- quired by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer; provided, however, that a temporary waiver of sidewalks be granted until such time as required by the City Engineer; and (b) that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim be posted with the City to guarantee the installation of said engineering requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the application of Jack F. Sampson for a house moving permit to move a dwelling from 615 South Paim (Harbor) Street, Anaheim, California to 907 East North Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted, subject to the conditions hereinabove set forth, and further subject to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating to the moving of buildings from a point within the city of Anaheim onto a lot within the city of Anaheim. -1- THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 27th day of June, 1961.
