AHPIA-2025-001RESOLUTION NO. AHPIA-2025- 0 01 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AUTHORITY AMENDING THE DATES AND TIMES FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE AUTHORITY FOR THE 2025 CALENDAR YEAR AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. AHPIA-2024-005 WHEREAS, subsection (b) of Section 3.04 of the Joint Powers Agreement authorizes the Governing Board of the Authority, by resolution, to establish the days for regular meetings of the Authority; and WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority approved Resolution No. AHPIA- 2024-005 establishing the dates and times for the regular meetings of the Authority for the 2025 calendar year; and WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority, by this resolution, desires to amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHPIA-2024-005, canceling and rescheduling a previously approved regular meeting of the Housing and Public Improvements Authority for the 2025 calendar year. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Board of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority that regular meetings of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority for the 2025 calendar year shall be held in the Council Chamber of the City of Anaheim (or any other place established by members of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority or Anaheim City Council) on the days set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Regular meetings of the Authority shall be scheduled to commence at 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise legally noticed and posted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, notwithstanding any other provision of this resolution, any regular meeting of the Authority may be set, canceled or rescheduled to a different date, time, location by motion duly adopted by the affirmative votes of at least a majority of the members of the Governing Board of the Authority or by any other manner as provided by law. The date, time or location of any meeting set or rescheduled to a different date, time or location shall be noticed and posted in the manner provided by law. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall supersede and render null and void the provisions of any other prior resolutions to the extent such provisions are inconsistent with the provisions hereof. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become operative on the date of adoption.
